David Gartry was a keynote speaker at the 12th International Congress of the Jordanian Ophthalmological Society held in Amman at the beginning of May. The conference was spread over three days with over 500 ophthalmologists in attendance from 24 Arab and foreign countries.
David gave 2 lectures on laser eye (refractive) surgery and a keynote lecture on the latest femtosecond laser cataract surgery techniques. The congress was also featured in The Jordan Times.
